Agreement Duration and Automatic Renewal:

Agreement is in effect from the Agreement Start Date, with automatic renewal of our membership for 12 subsequent months at agreed upon price per month, unless cancelled or membership option changed by either Member or Tally Ho Fitness, with notification via membership cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the next billing date.

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: Member agrees to pay Tally Ho Fitness monthly recurring fees via Client authorized automatic credit card or bank debit. Payment in monthly increments by any means other than Client’s credit card or bank debit is not permitted.

Please read below:

(a) I agree to purchase as an automatic charge to my credit card or bank account each month for an Agreement period of months.

(b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card and/or bank account.

(c) I understand that I will be notified if my payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $29 late fee will apply past 3 days.

(d) Tally Ho Fitness staff has the right to cancel client memberships at any time.

(e) Upon conclusion of your agreement, your membership will automatically renew. If you would like to cancel your membership prior to this conversion please notify us via the cancellation link at the bottom of the page 30 days prior to the conclusion of your original agreement.

 

Freeze Your Auto Pay:

You may freeze your auto pay ONLY if you cannot perform exercise due to extreme illness, injury or other related health factors OR will be traveling away from home more than 15 miles out of town for more than 1 months time. To freeze your auto pay, an email but be sent at least 5 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective for the following month. Billing date is based on your activation date, 1st or 15th. Accounts can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months. There will be a $30 charge per month during the frozen period as a holding fee.

The length of the agreement will extend one month for each month the account is frozen.

Cancel Your Agreement:

Cancellation Fee is the final payment (30 days notice required) and the difference between the contract you were on and the contract you should have been on.
