Honestly, the first thing I noticed was having more self confidence.  When you walk into the unknown and are surrounded by people who are so kind, welcoming, and want to see you get better, it is the best feeling in the world.  After the first few workouts, I began to sleep better and had much more energy. Most importantly, it was a program that you quickly became addicted to and actually looked forward to walking in and walking out stronger.

Prior to joining this program, I had done maybe ten pull ups my entire life. I’ve since been able to increase that number, ten fold. I completed Murph (no vest)and have begun to do some other gymnastic movements that I never imagined that I could accomplish. My PR’s from high school, that I never imagined I would see again, have been mostly surpassed. Oh, and that half marathon I talked about earlier, I improved my PR from 2:37:28 to 2:07:02. That is my proudest fitness accomplishment to date.
